Because many of our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, shipping times may differ from traditional retail stores that ship from pre-stocked inventory.
Made-to-Order Products
Many products sold through Modern Living Guide are produced on demand.
This means production begins after an order is placed rather than being manufactured and stored in advance.
This approach helps reduce waste, supports creative independence, and allows us to offer unique products and collections.
Free Shipping
Many products offered through Modern Living Guide include free shipping.
Where free shipping applies, no separate shipping charge will be added during checkout.
In some cases, certain products, destinations, shipping methods, or special circumstances may require additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before an order is completed.
Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Multiple Item Orders
Products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.
As a result, items purchased within the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Receiving multiple shipments for a single order is normal and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the order.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, shipment tracking details will be provided after an order has been shipped.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier, product type, destination, and shipping method.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
Modern Living Guide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Missing Packages
